Get in on Berkshire action with the upcoming Annual Meeting on May 2, buybacks, and more!
In today’s video I discussed a little bit of the changes at this year’s Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting since there’s a new CEO, Greg Abel, who took over from Warren Buffett in 2026.
We won’t be hearing Warren Buffett answer any questions this year since he won’t be up on stage, but other people like Ajit Jain and the leaders of BNSF and NetJets will be up there.
You can tune into the livestream from CNBC on Saturday, May 2nd.
I discussed how Berkshire Hathaway did $225 million in share buybacks in early March 2026, suggesting a potential buy price of Berkshire B stock at around $480 per share.
At the time I recorded this video, the BRK-B was trading around $470 per share, so it could be a potential opportunity. Of course this is not advice, you must make your own investment decisions.
I also like to keep tabs on Berkshire’s stock buys and sells. In Buffett’s last quarter as the leader in Q4 2025, Berkshire bought stocks Dominos, Chubb, Chevron, Lamar Advertising, and the New York Times.
More stock buys and sells will be revealed around mid-May when the next 13F filing for Berkshire comes out.
While the future of Berkshire will not be the same without the late Charlie Munger nor Warren Buffett, there will still be plenty of learning lessons from Berkshire action this year and beyond!
